Dr. JILL ELSBURY
BSc BVMS GDip (ABM) MANZCVS (Veterinary Sport Medicine & Rehabilitation - Equine)
Originally from Sweden, Jill moved to Australia in 2008 and graduated from Murdoch University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BSc BVMS).
Before becoming a veterinarian, Jill competed at a high level in show jumping in Europe. Her passion for the equestrian sport has continued to influence her career as a veterinarian.
After completing a two-year post graduate degree in Biomechanical Medicine, she established The Biomechanic Vet in 2019. In 2023, Jill became one of the first members of the Australian New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Veterinary Sport Medicine and Rehabilitation - Equine.
